Initial Visit
Your initial visit is free of charge. We will discuss your orthodontic fee at your consultation appointment. This fee is based upon your orthodontic condition. We make orthodontics affordable for everyone by offering several payment plans. An easy-to-qualify, no-down-payment plan is also available.
Insurance
As a courtesy we will complete all necessary insurance forms for you to mail to your insurance company. Please note, you must pay any treatment fees and be reimbursed by your insurance company. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office anytime.
